Returns

You have the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery, if the product you purchased is misprinted, damaged, defective or not what you ordered. Please contact us with your order number and a picture of the product as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges for this reason. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts – we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know as soon as possible after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

I didn’t receive my order

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to look into it. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
